We seek to provide our guests with a safe and friendly hotel experience.
These hotel policies are considered part of our agreement with you, as our guest agreeing to our entire policy.
You must comply with the check-in times established by the hotel, however, if your apartment is ready, you can check-in earlier.
Check-in will take place from at 3 pm, and check-out until 11 am.
In the case of requesting a late check-out, it will be subject to availability and with a price of 50% of the daily rate.
If eventually the apartment is not ready, we have a space where you can leave your luggage until you check into the apartment.
The reception is open 24 hours and at your service.
All guests must be accompanied by their identification document (citizenship card, residence permit or passport).
Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in, or if underage, must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that a deposit of €100 per person may be requested, in cash, upon check-in which will be refunded in full after checking the apartment.

In case of cancellation, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
Changes to reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Any special request must be requested in advance, not guaranteeing confirmation of the same as it will be subject to availability, all efforts will be made to meet it.
